    • There is helpful information in here. I took notes and now I am heading to the store. Realistically speaking some of the things mentioned in here may be out of my budget or difficult to find locally.


    • I read this book more for information than to actually do the detox. On information this book is worth more than 3 stars. It's chocked full of useful information on how to keep our bodies healthy and able to detox from harmful toxins that are found in our food and home. As for the detox plan it's pretty extreme. I have nothing against extreme plans, but they need to be organized and well formatted so that the read understand fully what they need to do. Cook's book was so scattered that it drove [...]
