    • I thought the book was great. They wanted the girl to be in a spelling bee.She is the smartest student in the 7th grade .Her classmates teased her because, she is the smartest. When she decided to do the spelling bee they put make-up on her and they dressed her up. Anderson's is jealous of her because,of what she do.Allighton academy hasn't lost no compition.Amy also like fashion but she didnt know which one she wanted to do.Everyone wanted Amy's advice and she probly say its what you think or give [...]

    • This book was a little young for me, but I can see why my niece enjoys it. I would recommend it to any late elementary school or middle school aged girl.

    • I liked this one more than the other Candy Apple books because I related to the characters more. I liked how it talked about the good and the bad of being famous and that it encourages you to be yourself.

    • I read this after my 5th grader, who loves the series. This book reminded me of the Megan character with all the interest in fashion in the Mother-Daughter Bookclub series for girls a little older. It makes me think that series might be a good choice in another year or so.I liked that the main character, Amy, was chosen for her excellent science skills and that she's a smart kid. I also liked how Amy wanted her friends Mitchie and Jenelle to reconcile and spoke up for Jenelle in her absence to M [...]

    • Do you always want to be famous? Well, in this book, a girl named Amy Flowers becomes accidentally famous. Her friends Mithcie and Jenelle are enemies because Mithcie came over to to this mean girl's house for a sleepover and that girl was Fiona and Fiona cutted Mithcie's hair short and Jenelle didn't even tried to stop her. Fiona is Jenelle's best friend. They never forgiven each other. Fiona is mad at Amy because Amy glued the ice box when Fiona was supposed to jump out of the box when it was [...]

    • One of Falon's books, I picked it up and started reading it while at my mom's house and figured I'd take it home to finish it. It's not exactly the kinds of books I would prefer Falon reading, but if she is actually reading, I can't be choosy. The story itself is cute, and I like that both friend groups have their good and bad sides. There's a moral, and it's not heavy handed. I suppose I really can't complain.
