    • This is the third book in the Carried Away series, but you really do not have to read book one and two in order to read this one. All three books share a few characters, but they are each basically self-contained standalone stories.I have to say that I've read all three of the books in this series and this one is my favorite so far. It tells the beautiful story of Simon and Miranda. This book smashes just about every erotic romance cliche in the book. Simon is 14 years older than Miranda. But h [...]

    • Breaking Through is the third book in the Carried Away series. While these books can easily be read as stand alone novels, the hero in all of these books are connected by being life long friends. So far this book was my favorite in the series, only slightly behind the first book (The Deep End). We met the hero Simon in the first book, as the best friend of Jacques. I loved to watch Simon evolve as a character from the first book until the end of this one. Simon is recovering after life sent him [...]

    • Let me start by saying that I received this book as an ARC from Netgalley for my honest review. This is the first book that I have ever read from A.M Hartnett, and I have determined the best word to describe it is HOT! Simon and Miranda have a relationship that is structured around the bedroom. There were moments when I had to look around like can people see what I am reading, but I could not put it down, I had to read more, I had to know more. Simon kind of slowly takes Miranda for a long walk [...]

    • I requested this book and was given approval to read this for a honest review, I rated this book four stars, Well that said if you love reading book one and two, then you will want this book as well. This one is about Miranda who walks into a restroom where Simon is with another woman. Miranda leaves right away and goes to another restroom but she is in a hurry because she has a bus to catch, as she gets on the elevator where who she confronts Simon and he has this smile on his face that just ma [...]

    • This review was originally posted on my blog, Darkest Sins. This is the third and final book in the Carried Away series and, although you can read the books as stand-alones, I'd personally suggest not to pick this one until you read the previous instalments. Simon is a recurring character in the series and it doesn't matter how much he stays in the scene, he does leave an impression on the reader. Plus, his role is connected to the general storyline, soIf you're under the impression I liked Simon [...]

    • A wonderful romance that takes you through the life and love of Simon and Miranda. Their relationship starts out burning up the sheets right away and both of them want more out of this relationship than a one night stand. And this is their story. Great read, lots of different issues pulling at them as they try to find their way in this relationship, the one thing they always share is great sex. Great read.

    • This was a great book to read and the characters were very realistic. This story was not another fairy tale romance. The characters seemed to go through the ups and downs of a normal relationship. You felt like you were with friends while you read this. I was given this book in exchange for an honest review via Netgalley.

    • It's the strangest thing - I really liked the characters and the story but the (and I realise this will sound CRAZY) excessive smut really slowed down the plot and my ability to stick with the story. I nearly dnf but in the end, skipped. A Lot.

    • 3.5/5Despite giving it the same rating as the previous two books in the series, I like this one the best by a slim margin. The previous two books were written from the heroines' POVs, but this one had a nice dual POV balance, which worked nicely.
