    • “I want the home I always envisioned for me—the symbol of what a home should be. Home that fills you with happiness, passion, tenderness, craziness, heartache, joy, and love. As long as your home is where the one you’re meant to be with, you can do anything.”It’s no secret that Aine Kelley is a special lady to the Book Bitches and it’s not just because we love her…we LOVE her book, too!! Sam and Ben’s story is one filled with love, loss, humor, and steam. I label myself lucky to [...]

    • I was given a beta copy of Coming Home for my honest review, and this was one of the best stories I’ve read this year. It was different and heartbreaking, heartwarming, and true. This is Aine’s debut novel, and while reading it, I thought, how is this her first book?We meet Sam and Ben in Coming Home, both are broken from past relationships but in different ways. They have only spoken on the phone (Sam’s best friend is Ben’s sister Jenny), but fate intervenes and they meet, the attraction [...]

    • Finding Home by Aine Kelley“But, whichever way I go I come back to the place you are….”I’m so glad that I was approached to read Finding Home, the story of Ben Foster and Samantha Cole. What a touching, heartwarming story of two people who have suffered two very different types of heart break but both needed to move forward to be able to fall in love. What I really liked about this story was that Ben and Sam didn’t jump into bed for hot steamy sex. Ok so they eventually did but much fu [...]

    • Review by lovebooksloveromance. This book for me was a real eye opener and a journey between two people with a story line I’d not really read before. This was a book about loss, heartache, misunderstandings, but more importantly it was the rebuilding of two people, two souls who each suffered different kinds of heartache in their life. How can they help each other and move on when they’re both so broken? How can they afford to love another, when they’ve both been burned and broken in the p [...]

    • I received a copy of this book for an honest review.Sam has made her own set of rules and plans to not get her heart broken. She has experienced too much heart break in the past and has set up walls to avoid it from happening again. Every man she has fallen in love with has cheated on her and told her she just wasn't enough. Her parents pretty much live their own lives and don’t include her or have much to do with her. Her best friend Jenny’s parents have become more like her own. But when s [...]

    • I have to say that Aine Kelley wrote one of the most amazing books here. I fell completely in love with how sweet and beautiful it was. But don’t get me wrong it’s also very passionate and well worth reading. I was completely lost within the pages and never wanted to put it down. Sam and Ben’s story was exquisite. I couldn’t have asked for a better read for the New Year than this one. It was simply perfection.Sam is such a sweet, caring, and vibrant girl. I adored all of the sides to her [...]

    • I received a copy of Finding Home in exchange for an honest review. Sam is about to graduate college and she has sworn off men and relationships thanks to what she's experienced with her own parents and with her dating history. Every one of her boyfriends has cheated on her and made her feel inadequate. She is busy planning for her future, which includes a teaching job in Boston, using her new college degree and finding a new place to live. Sam Cole's best friend and roommate, Jenny, is heading [...]

    • Wow! What an emotional love story filled with much sadness, pain, heartbreak. But is also filled with the hope of possibly overcoming it all to find true love again. You will be blown away and will want Ben for yourselves!Sam is courageous. She's a romantic and believe in love; even if she's not found it with all her past ex's. She's not had a wonderful home life/parents and horrible ex's make her "fearful"and she has a plan set for herself.Ben has been hurt/in pain for the last 2 years. He does [...]

    • Actual Rating 4.5 StarsFinding Home follows the story of Sam and Ben. Sam has never had luck with relationships. She always ends up heartbroken. Sam finally finishes school and then finds out the job that she thought she had lined up, is gone. She is then presented with the chance to start over and move to Napa with her best friend, Jenny. So, she decides to take a chance. Sam isn't expecting to find love or even a relationship, but then she meets Ben. He challenges her and is making her want to [...]

    • Finding Home was an emotional (and heartwarming) love story that will stick with you for some time. I was hooked right at the beginning and didn't want to put it down for anything. A broken love story with a very happy ending! <3Sam had been through so much that she didn't dare fall in love anymore. She swore off men completely, wanting to make more of a future. She was a great main character! Strong, hopeful, always stating what is on her mind. I loved getting to know her, and I was rooting f [...]

    • I received a copy of this in exchange for an honest review, I don't know what I was expecting, but i was not expecting this.I had a fabulous time reading this, reminded me of a pure 80's-90's Rom-Com. The writing flows, right from the beginning it is straight in with the story, i was hooked. Straight talking Sam is witty, sassy and had me chuckling from the beginning with her Ex!Ben.her best friend's brother has had some heartache, but the sparks are there when they talk on the phone, when they m [...]

    • I was lucky enough to be contacted by the author through Facebook this summer and have been anxiously awaiting this book.I'm so excited for Aine because this is truly an awesome debut! I think that perhaps my favorite part of this story is that the drama was kept to a minimum. Everything that Ben and Sam went through on their own and together was very realistic. As heartbreaking, frustrating and touching as it was. Sam was an awesome character who has given up on love. The job she had lined up f [...]

    • Such a beautiful, light-hearted,funny,sexy,somewhat sad story. Losing the love of your life is never easy, Ben has been in a downfall since his Fiancee Beth died two years ago, Sam has had the worst luck with men, All her boyfriends have cheated on her her parents? They really don't care about anyone but themselves. When Sam heads to Napa with her best friend Jenny, finally meets her best friends brother Ben. Now she knows his voice and has seen his pictures, even felt sympathy for him while sh [...]

    • Finding Home by Aine Kelley is awesome! A story of love, loss, betrayal and how two people manage to make it past all that BS. With the help of John Cusack and a boom box of course. The 80's were very important to me and I love that Sam had a habit of relating to 80's movies (Say Anything, Breakfast Club, Pretty In Pink, etc). Sam has been betrayed by her past boyfriends and is absolutely NOT ready for another, but then she talks to her besties brother Ben on the phone one night and her interest [...]

    • 4 1/2 stars This was such an emotional story. I really felt for both Ben and Sam. They've both been through awful things in their lives. For Ben, it was losing his new fiance. Losing someone that you love can take a long time to get over. It's been two years for Ben, but some days it feels like yesterday. For Sam, it was having all of her previous boyfriends cheat on her, and that damages a persons ego and self-worth. Ben is Sam's roommates brother. They've talked on the phone for two years, and [...]

    • I Beta read this book and let me tell youYOU WILL LOVE Sam and Ben's story. The both of them are so broken and scared and its understandable. They have this connection from phone calls before but once they meet it comes to the surface more but they are still cautious because of what the've been through. There was something about him that made her walls go down and something about her that made him start to feel alive again. You can create all the rules u want but there will be that someone that m [...]

    • When your heart was left broken and crumbled into pieces, you do the only thing you can. You build the walls so high that no one can climb them or break them down. Will you ever be able to pick up the broken pieces and glue them back together into a whole? Will you ever find that person, the one and only, that will bring your heart home and fill it with unconditional love? This is the story of Samantha Cole and Ben Foster, two young persons whose hearts were left broken, but were glued back togeth [...]

    • I was given this book for an honest review and all I can say is that it is an awesome read. It really is a sad story but you won't be ugly crying. Samantha has had her heart broken three times and each time her boyfriends broke up with her because they cheated on her. She then swore off men and wanted nothing to do with a relationship. I can't blame her. Her self-esteem took quite a few punches but she is a strong woman. She does have her moments where she tries to hide but at the end you see he [...]

    • "Can two lost hearts find their way home?" Aine Kelley will give you that answer when reading her new book Finding Home. Heartbreak, loss, sorrow, and guilt make it very difficult to see the light at the end of the road. Sometimes you believe you'll never move on. Sam and Ben are both at this point within their lives. Sam makes rules for men so she won't have to deal with heartbreak again. While Ben mourns for his late fiancé Beth and just moves through the days in a haze. Until one day a phone [...]

    • I received this book in exchange for a review.I really enjoyed this book, I liked Sam and Ben.There are parts in this book that made me laugh and then other parts that made me feel sad n want to shout at them. I've read quite a lot of books and not that many make me feel the same emotions that the characters in the book are feeling but this one did. I liked Sams sense of humour and that fact that she has no filter sometimes really made me chuckle some of the things she said.I liked that this boo [...]

    • I received this book from Rose's Book Snobs for an honest review.Finding Home - Aine Kelly.A beautiful love story between two broken people. • Thank you so much Aine for letting me be a part of this book from the beginning. I loved watching Sam and Ben evolve into the couple they became. It is a beautiful, well-written book. The characters and plot pull at your heartstrings. People have setbacks in their lives, obstacles to overcome. Sam and Ben are no exception. I'm not a spoiler person, so I can't give anything away. Just know that you will be cheering for these two and holding your breath, waiting for what they both deserve, the HEA [...]

    • I loved this book, it is sweet, sexy and very emotional. Both broken wanting to heal, Sam and Ben are pretty much thrown together and have to work ok how they will either, have a relationship or stay out of each others lives. There is alot of heartache and confusion. For a debut novel this was a fantastic start for Aine, her storyline flowed well and the characters are well developed and likable.I really enjoyed reading their story and I can not wait to see what Aine writes next.Highly Recommended [...]

    • 4.5 Star CutenessThis was a cute story about letting your heart love again. The characters were so loveable! I enjoyed that fact that this wasn't your typical 'insta-love', they both had issues and feelings to work through. It was great that they both felt the same connection from the phone calls forward. It really was a sweet love story. I am anxious for Jack & Jenny's story, you could see that one building throughout this book.

    • Wow just wow!! 5 amazing starsPeeps this is a book you really want to get your hands on. It has such a great storyline, fabulous characters, and an emotional journey.
